Born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, I experienced arich tapestry of musical influences. My upbringing was defined by the clash ofmy traditional Colombian mother's patriotism and my father'sAmerican-influenced taste. Jazz, blues, and rock filled our home, courtesy ofmy dad, while my brother's Michael Jackson-inspired vibe added anotherdimension. In the 90s, this eclectic mix became my musical backbone, enhancedby the addition of Colombian rhythms, influenced by the icons like Shakira.

I believe that if I die is because it was meant to be". That was the answer I gave my father a few years ago when he felt I was taking risks in life. I will always take precaution, but I will live life and play the game until the end. When I pass, I would like them to see it as an accomplishment not a loss.
So much going on in this world. I look around and don’t have a clear picture. Distractions appear, routes change, feeling disoriented and in the middle of all the chaos, I ask myself… “are you there?”
I roll like Rock N’ Roll yet with a bit more energy. Side to side like a vessel in rough seas, not sick but admiring my situation. My surroundings bring me joy in the turbulence of a creative world.
