In keeping with my brush stroke style, I feel this piece can live beyond the canvas. I envision Revelance as more of a sculpture that is confined to a flat surface.
Boshimi is a representation of two of my children (dogs). Bowie is a beautiful, sweet, obedient girl while Yoshim is a chaotic, electric, rambunctious boy. Having both inhabit my world made me realize how amazing life is, how two tiny creatures could bring such spice to my journey!
Difficult moments come into ones life, you close your eyes and ask "why?"...In this particular case so many challenges came at me at the same time, and the battle had no end, over coming many obstacles it gave me the courage, strength and confidence to say "Here I am, what's next, I am ready"... I was not Broken...
